THE BIGGER PICTURE
Playing sports is more than just about winning. Data overwhelmingly connects participation in sport to positive physical and mental health, college and job readiness, and earning potential that will be realized for a lifetime.
When kids don’t get those benefits, it’s an inequity and disadvantage that requires all of us to act. We want to see more kids playing sports regardless of who they are and where they’re from, and we’re walking the walk.
A conversation on systemic racism in sports
We’ll unpack the deeply entrenched inequities that shape the sports industry today.
PCA Sports Can Battle Racism

PLAY Sports Coalition
In response to the pandemic, we helped launch and lead PLAYS, a movement committed to mobilizing the youth sports industry behind issues of accessibility.
