About

The "why" behind what I do is consistent: to remove barriers so people can reach their full potential, to build human dignity in the world around me.

The "how" has changed constantly.

My first approach towards my north star was through justice work, recognizing that in order for people to thrive they must be safe and respected. This work included time on parliament hill, a year building a case for the National Supreme Court and time working with a global nonprofit with a mission of setting people free from slavery, primarily through anti-human trafficking initiatives.

Another approach to remove barriers for people to reach their full potential was through education. Education continues to be one of the greatest keys that opens doors of opportunity for people to transform their lives. My experiences with education has included getting my TESOL certificate and working with refugees to give them the language skills. Now I combine my love of education with emerging technologies to empower the next generation with the skills they need to be change makers and future leaders.

Most recently, I've learned to approach my north star through entrepreneurship, business and start ups, particularly with emerging tech. The amount of scale and impact that is possible has ignited a life changing spark.

Change is always going to happen but I know one thing that is absolute. My desire to grow, evolve and use the knowledge I gain towards human development and positive impact. Right now it’s through educating the next gen to apply emerging technologies to the worlds biggest problems. And I can't wait to see how my perspective continues to expand.
