About

As a National Senior Sales Executive and Social Media Specialist at MediaEdge Publishing, I have 20 years of experience in developing effective communication strategies and advertising streams for hundreds of associations and B2B clients, specializing in marketing to diverse and niche markets.

I build lasting relationships that provide value and results leveraging my expertise in digital and print media, online media, trade shows, content creation and media/imagery creation to produce customized and innovative solutions that meet your needs and goals.

As the Social Media Specialist, I also manage the social media presence and engagement of MediaEdge Winnipeg and its association partners and advertisers using various platforms and tools to enhance their brand awareness and reach. I am passionate about connecting with people and organizations that share MediaEdge's vision of excellence, integrity, and innovation.

As North America’s largest producer and publishing partner for Indigenous organizations and a leading publisher of national B2B magazines, MediaEdge strongly supports the findings of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and is committed to investing in fundamental changes to ensure our actions align with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission recommendations; specifically call to actions #11, #57, and #92.

Reconciliation with Indigenous communities stands as an imperative facet of seeking forgiveness for the historical injustices endured by these communities at the hands of colonial settlers. The legacy of mistreatment, epitomized by the systemic oppression inflicted through residential schools, environmental degradation, forced assimilation, linguistic and cultural erasure, and various other forms of abuse, has left deep scars on Indigenous peoples and their communities.

As a member of the MediaEdge Reconciliation Action Plan Working Committee, I am proud to assist our team on our reconciliation journey as we work towards building a future grounded in mutual respect, education, understanding, and solidarity, where Indigenous communities are empowered to reclaim their heritage, language, culture, and lands

In my spare time, I also volunteer for the Moose Hide Campaign as a Campaign Champion - Raising awareness for ending domestic violence.

Fun facts: I love baseball (go Jays go!), gardening, and travel.
