Leadership is a personal skill, a personal competency. Our aim is to enable frontline leaders, management leaders, executive leaders and C-suite leaders. To train individuals working in Supply Chain and Logistics, and to foster leaders in the profession, our competency-based programs holistically integrate leadership and inter-personal skills with supply chain logistics expertise. The focus is on you, the individual. The context is your chosen profession. Our programs do not follow a prescribed template. Instead, we challenge supply chain and logistics practitioners to reinvent themselves as thought leaders, solutions architects and certified professionals.
