President Ersin Tatar made a brief statement to the press following a dinner held as part of the informal Cyprus meeting in Geneva, hosted by United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.

Describing the approximately 90-minute dinner as productive, President Tatar underlined the necessity of fostering a culture of cooperation between the two sides.

Highlighting the significance of Türkiye’s support, Tatar also called on Secretary-General Guterres to put greater effort into addressing the issues surrounding the Cyprus dispute.
