New Lunchtime Keynote: AI + Workforce Ecosystems with Elizabeth J. Altman LGO ’92, SM ’92
We are excited to announce that Elizabeth J. Altman LGO ’92, SM ’92, associate professor of management at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Manning School of Business will lead this session. Elizabeth will explore the evolving role of AI in workforce ecosystems, drawing insights from her MIT Press book Workforce Ecosystems: Reaching Strategic Goals with People, Partners, and Technologies and her latest research. The session will introduce workforce ecosystems and dive into how AI is reshaping talent strategies and organizational structures. Participants will also engage in breakout discussions to share insights and experiences.

To register in person, visit the second floor of the InterContinental Boston (510 Atlantic Ave., Boston) beginning Friday at 8:00 a.m. The conference will officially begin with a special welcome at 9:00 a.m. Walk-in registration is also available for Thursday’s preconference dinners.
