When Dio Brando joins an aristocratic family upon his father’s death, he secretly swears to take everything from their heir Jonathan “JoJo” Joestar.

JoJo meets a street gang boss named Speedwagon when he goes to London to investigate the suspected poisoning of his father by Dio.

When JoJo confronts Dio after giving his father the antidote, Dio attacks JoJo with a knife and uses the bloodied stone mask on himself.

JoJo is reunited with his first love, Erina. A man named Will A. Zeppeli demonstrates his strange power and tells JoJo he must destroy the stone mask.

JoJo and his companions are ambushed by Dio and a horde of zombies after a boy named Poco lures them into a graveyard.

The resurrected legendary knight Bruford regains his human soul and entrusts JoJo with his sword; Tarkus attacks JoJo with his overwhelming power.

Zeppeli takes on Tarkus despite knowing his grim fate. In his final act, he uses his remaining strength to pass on his powers to his successor JoJo.

JoJo rescues Poco’s sister, but Zeppeli’s friend Dire is completely obliterated by Dio. With Bruford’s sword in hand, JoJo faces Dio once again.

JoJo and Erina embark on a honeymoon cruise after their wedding. But to JoJo’s utter shock, one of Dio’s servants appears aboard the ship.

Many stone masks are discovered at a Mexican ruin in 1938. Meanwhile in New York, JoJo’s grandson Joseph helps a young man named Smokey.
