DO NOT CREATE A BANK ACCOUNT WITH THE APP - GO TO THE BANK INSTEAD. My application was never acknowledged, and after a week I went to the bank and opened an account manually with them. But when I tried to create a login to my new account it says that my User ID, cell phone, and email already exist. But they could not find it in search, and I couldn't delete it from the app because it was in process. I was told to either get another cell phone number or wait until the main office cleans it up.

The app is decent enough, but there are things I don't like, such as the additional processes needed to activate fund transfers, bill payments, and cardless withdrawals. I wish that approval for iAccess would include approval for all these amazing features. Additionally, these are the features I hope will be included in the next update: • Customer can copy his account no. • Customer can update his contact info (email & phone no) through the app.

Apps logs you out when you try to select an account for transfer under favorites. It tries to load the page for the saved favorites but instead of showing the list, you get logged out. Started this January 2025. Your developer is incompetent for pushing this update. It's faulty and frustrating. Typical of government services. Bagong Pilipinas huh.
