Today, members of the COPD vzw Patient Association had the opportunity to visit Sanofi's production site in Geel, Belgium. During the tour, participants learned about biotechnology and rigorous quality assurance and control measures that go into producing life-changing treatments. It was an inspiring day, showcasing the importance of collaboration between patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmaceutical companies in the fight against respiratory diseases, like COPD. Yesterday Sanofi Belgium co-organized as member of RADDIAL (Rare Disease Diagnosis Alliance) a policy event on rare diseases in the Federal Parliament, together with RARE DISEASES ORGANISATION BELGIUM organization Belgium and the 8 Rare Disease Functions.
