People fleeing Russia’s aggression are welcome in the 🇪🇺. Temporary Protection has been a key tool in providing shelter for 4.2 million people and giving them access to jobs, training, housing and healthcare, among other things. Russian bombs and attacks on the civil and critical infrastructure across Ukraine still undermine safe and durable conditions for the return of people. This is why we propose to extend this protection until 2026 to ensure that they keep finding protection and to provide them with as much stability as possible. The #EUsolidarity will keep shining.
