We are pleased that our joint request with other business representatives from April for an e-declaration for posting workers has now officially been proposed by the European Commission. The adoption of a common digital form is an urgent step towards reducing administrative burdens for #businesses when posting #workers. This initiative will simplify compliance requirements, enhance transparency, and ultimately improve workforce mobility across EU member states.
