たくさんの反響をいただいて、色々と考える機会になりました。本当に感謝いたします。 振り返ってみて、逃げ出す選択肢を頭に置きつつ、自衛できる手段はどんなものがあっただろうと考えました。言及いただいたコメントで「単に適応できなかっただけなのでは」というものがあり、おっしゃるとおりわたしはオーバーワークで自分を犠牲にすることでしか適応できなかっただけで、冷静になって考えればもっと打てる手段はあったのではと反省もしました。 実際に当時「効果がありそう／あった」もの、アドバイスをもらったけれど余裕がなくて実行できなかったもの、その経験を踏まえて「こうすれば良かったのかもしれない」と思ったものをまとめます。 労働時間以外の成果物を設定する 残業時間数で自分の成果をアピールすることを止める。 成果物を設定しにくい職種の場合もあるけれども、その場合でも何らかの数字で設定して、それをチームや上司に提案する。
