お知らせ ニュースリリース 2016年度一覧 水素燃料電池自動車の相互承認に関する省令等を制定しました～水素燃料電池自動車に関して国際相互承認が開始されることとなります～ 経済産業省は、国土交通省と連携して、水素・燃料電池自動車の相互承認のための「水素及び燃料電池自動車に関する国連規則」の策定に参画し、平成27年6月に発効しました。 この国連規則発効に伴い、「国際相互承認に係る容器保安規則」等の必要な法令の制定及び改正を行いました。 本省令等により、例えば、水素・燃料電池自動車の燃料装置用の容器について、我が国の高圧ガス保安法を含め各国の関係法令に適合するものであれば、加盟国の法令で認められることになるため、当該容器等の輸出入の一層の効率化等に貢献します。 1．改正の背景 昭和33年（1958年）にジュネーブで策定された「車両並びに車両への取付け又は車両における使用が可能な装置及び部品に係
我が国では、現在、官民一体となって水素スタンドの整備を戦略的に進めているところですが、水素スタンドを設置するためには、高圧ガス保安法に基づく省令で定める技術基準を満たし、許可を受ける必要があります。高圧ガス保安法では技術基準に適合するものを例示して示しています。水素スタンドで使用可能な高強度材料の使用条件を拡大するため、日本工業規格JIS B 8265の一部を改正しました。 1．制定の背景・目的 先進各国では、エネルギー安定供給確保及び地球温暖化防止の観点から精力的に燃料電池自動車（FCV）の開発・普及を進めています（１）。FCV用の水素スタンドに用いられる材料は、高圧水素中においては金属材料に脆化を生じ、特に強度の高い場合に顕著となることから、使用する環境（圧力、温度等）で安全が確認され、高圧ガス保安法の技術基準を満たしたものを例として示しており、JIS等の規格を活用しています（２）。S

Activerecordを使ってるとき、関連(Association)のあるmodel同士をまとめて取得したい時がけっこうある。そんな時、includesやjoinsを使えば効率良くデータを取得出来るんだけど、実はこの二つは振る舞いや特徴が全然違ってたりする。ややこしい気がしたので、ここでちょっとまとめておく。 先に結論を書いておくと、基本的には includesは先読みしてキャッシュしておく。 joinsはただINNER JOINしてくれる。 と思っておけばOK。 ちなみに、railsのversionは4.1.0。Web上に落ちてる情報は古いせいか若干現状の挙動とは違ってたりしたので、気をつけた方が良さそう。 includes includesはデータの先読みをしてくれる。その為、関連modelに対する参照を持ちたい場合に使う。そう言われてもよくわからないと思うので、実際に使用例を見てみ
