It is well known that Greece has been through a significant financial crisis in the past ten years. Like any similar situation, the result was a decade social and political reconstruction. Such a change would affect the public health system, which suddenly found itself having to meet the needs of a poorer than before population. The sudden wave of immigration, which started in 2015, added some more difficulties to the above problems. These circumstances were affecting the social status of health and thus, were creating a lot of inequities in the public health care system.

This paper is about the pre-school architecture in Japan. Japan as a country has a rich history and tradition both in culture and in architecture. In order to be able to cover that particular issue as best, we can, at first, we have to look at the roots of this history and see what it has to offer nowadays. Also, because the children are the protagonists of this work, we will see what needs they have in their pre-school age in terms of education and social life, as well as how all these needs are covered or dealt with today around the world. Finally, through the presentation of some representative examples, we will try to get an insight into the theoretical framework we are building, so that we can eventually fill our question about precisely what Japanese pre-school architecture is.

Abstract The principal-agent theory can be firmly applied to the research on successful outcomes of capital development projects.Agency theory focuses on the relationships between the project owner, the building contractors, the financiers, engineers/architects, real estate agents, occupiers, consumers, environmentalists, shareholders and local communities. The exciting part of this relationships that each one of them can be used as a principal example to any other of the above, who will become the agent to that scenario. In this essay, it will be examined how shareholders and landowner(s) can have a positive or negative role in the value of the final project. The choice of these two stakeholders was made because of the rich literature on them. The analysis follows two paths, the information asymmetry path and the conflict of interest path. Both of them have many arguments that define them as two of the most popular agency theory problems. The paper concludes that in each project, the risks lay at the communication problems created by asymmetric information and conflict of interest, which, of course, is one of the biggest agency theory concerns.
