Now based back in Australia after residing in the US and South Korea over a 7 year period.

Over 25 years in sales, marketing and operational change management across a number of industries including Hospitality, Skincare, Fashion, Law, Automotive, Financial Services, Luxury Hotels, Not-for-Profit and Education sectors as a senior leader, Consultant or Business owner.

A strategic and creative big thinker with a strong work ethic, can-do attitude and a career focus to date in business change management & development, sales, brand development and marketing management. Building a brand from conception to production or rebranding and designing strategic solutions to enable growth, scalability and ROI are a focus and passion for me. Another keen passion is communicating the right messages and brand strategies through a carefully constructed plan that combines social media marketing platforms together with traditional marketing platforms, PR and advertising.

    I became the first person in a non operational role to win this award in Hyatt International. Entering the hospitality industry at the senior leadership team level meant I had to learn the industry and it’s nuances in quick time and ensure results were achieved as required by such a position. As a passionate learner and strategic thinker, I focussed on the team around me and the needs and knowledge they had, to grow my own knowledge and experience.
