With an MBA, I am a recognised strategic leader & fundraising strategist and Certified Fundraising Exec (CFRE) who has driven the generation of more than $150million for Australian NFP organisations. I am Principal Consultant for AskRIGHT which offers consulting services to NFPs, charities, corporations, schools, universities and philanthropists on fundraising and philanthropy advice throughout Australia and New Zealand.

I have held Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Director with Plan Australia and Zoos Victoria and Acting CEO role with Bush Heritage Australia. In each role I was part of the strategic leadership team, drove revenue and stakeholder engagement.

I am an experienced presenter and speaker and have hosted and led events and presentations.

I created the inaugural Commonwealth Games charity partnership for Plan International and the 2006 Commonwealth Games for which I was recognised as a Vic Telstra Businesswoman of the year.

I am a recognised motivating strategic business leader with skills in brand development, strategic planning, marketing and fundraising. I am recognised as a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and a member of the Fundraising Institute of Australia (FIA) as well as serving as a member of the FIA Victorian Committee.

I have served on a number of boards and have strong governance experience.
