We’ve been around for a while (don’t ask our age 😜), but we’re just getting started. THE ICONIC has redefined the future of retail in Australia and New Zealand, and we plan to redefine the future a few more times, too. That’s where you come in, by helping us continue to grow the leading fashion, sports and lifestyle e-commerce destination in the region. Our team helps provide a seamless and inspiring experience, setting the standard for customer service, delivery options, return policies and curation of brands. Our purpose is to 'Create a better way for People to shop'. There are over 1000 ICONITES across our Hubs in Sydney CBD, Alexandria and South West Sydney (which hosts our HUGE Fulfilment Centre!). We are growing fast.... and always looking for great talent to join us!

    Introducing RCYCL to THE ICONIC - the solution making recycling or donating your clothes simple. If you don't know what to do with clothing that is worn out beyond repair, you aren't alone, According to a recent RMIT review, over 50% of Australian consumers discard worn out clothing in the general waste bin at least half of the time, contributing to the 200,000 tonnes of clothing sent to landfill each year in Australia. Through our partnership with RCYCL and the Salvos Stores, customers can easily recycle unwearable items or donate pre-loved clothes by simply purchasing a satchel from THE ICONIC. Customers then pre-sort their clothing into two piles; unwearable items that cannot be donated and items in a good condition ready for donating. Unwearable clothing is placed into a RCYCL bag and sent to recycling facilities where natural fibers are reprocessed into new yarn and synthetics are made into carpet underlay. Whilst donatable items are placed into a REWEAR by RCYCL bag and sent to Salvos Stores, with 100% of profits helping Australians in need. As Foundation Member of Seamless, our partnership with RCYCL highlights our ongoing commitment to building a circular fashion system and removing barriers for customers to participate. This initiative addresses the lack of systematic recycling of textiles in Australia and alleviates the burden on charities who receive over 190,000 tonnes of donated clothing, much of which is unwearable.     Exciting week at THE ICONIC! On Tuesday we hosted over 200 of our valued partners for an evening of strategic updates and meaningful connections under the stunning glass roof of The Edge at Fed Square, amongst the heart of the Melbourne Arts Precinct. We took the opportunity to showcase our progress over the past 12 months, highlighting the momentum of our company and spotlighting our ecosystem of models and services designed to empower our partners across their entire business landscape. Spanning Operations, Marketing and Insights, our array of services offer flexibility and control - there is no one-size-fits-all solution to partnering with us. We also shared key business updates including impressive outcomes from partners adopting our Fulfilled by THE ICONIC (FBI) service, unveiling Phase 2 of our ICONIC brand platform refresh "Got You Looking", advancements to our tech infrastructure and AI improvements such as Multimodal Search, recent Partnership campaigns with Uber and Channel 7, as well as updates on our People & Planet Positive strategy. With our industry-leading technology and a disruptor-at-heart mentality, we are uniquely positioned to help our partners thrive in today's market. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the evening!     Following the successful launch of our Masterbrand reset in March 2024, we’re excited to roll out the second phase of our 'Got You Looking' campaign this week. The new assets and high impact media strategy, featuring delivery, trend and dress pillars are designed to capture attention and prompt a second glance—just like THE ICONIC itself. Keep an eye out for the multichannel campaign across Sydney and Melbourne over the coming weeks, featured across Video, High Impact Digital OOH, digital display, and contextual OOH.     R U OK? Day is a timely reminder, but it’s a question we should be asking every day. Life happens daily, and so should our care for one another 💬💛 Our week was filled with various activities that created meaningful spaces for our ICONITES to connect - kicking off with a guest run coach, Elise Falloon, who led our ICONIC Run Club, followed by a refreshing Pilates in the Park session hosted by Bianca from Base Pilates, and wrapping up with morning tea sessions across our hubs.     As an official partner of the 64th annual TV Week Logies, THE ICONIC was thrilled to roll out the red carpet for our lucky customer competition winners on Sunday. Our winners were gifted outfits from THE ICONIC and treated like stars at a luxurious QT Sydney suite, complete with glamourous makeup and hair by ghd and MAKE UP FOR EVER before they walked the red carpet themselves. The feedback from the guests was heartwarming. Here’s what they had to say: ⭐ " The service from THE ICONIC staff was impeccable and we were left with unforgettable memories of our night." ⭐ "A once-in-a-lifetime experience at the Logies truly is a dream come true." ⭐ "THE ICONIC went above and beyond, making our day truly unforgettable." Meanwhile, our Senior Designer Buyer, Lisa Bean, mingled with the celebs on the red carpet, asking favourite Aussie celebrities about their signature style, iconic dance moves, and what’s on their ICONIC wishlists.
