This year, R U OK? Day focus is on Intergenerational Conversations; addressing the mental health challenges people face among a multigenerational workforce. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, nearly 43% of people experience mental health related issues at some point, making it likely that regardless of age, approximately two out of every five employees are struggling. Today we shared morning tea, after hearing some great insights from TELUS Health | TELUS Santé. In the webinar, we explored conversations around how generational differences may impact people’s mental health, yet there is a universal nature underpinning these challenges.
