About us
At Bouygues Construction Australia, we’re dedicated to the design, construction, financing and delivery of nation shaping projects across civil, road and rail infrastructure, renewable energy and services. Bouygues Construction: Building for life Bouygues Construction employs 32,500 people around the world, all driven by the greatest and most exciting responsibility of all –building for life. For our customers in more than 60 countries, we deliver much more than projects. We build to create spaces, connections and opportunities. We improve daily life for millions of people by creating structures and buildings that welcome life in all its diversity, serving all our needs: housing, healthcare, education, work, tourism, leisure activities, public services, etc. We are aware that everything we build is here to stay, and our legacy as builders will be with us for generations to come. This is why every day, we look for new solutions in order to design, renovate, and build differently. Our aim is to address the critical imperatives of the environmental transition: we are committed to making construction sustainable and less resource-intensive. We support the development of low-carbon energy production and public transport infrastructures, and we construct and renovate buildings and neighbourhoods using low-carbon materials, optimising the design of our structures and taking account of their lifecycle. Because the men and women of Bouygues Construction are our most precious asset, we ensure that everyone is safe at all times, and that human rights and ethical standards are respected. Finally, we are committed to ensuring that everyone can achieve their full potential in their work by building a career path that reflects the values we hold dear: teamwork, simplicity, trust and pioneering spirit.

Happy 2 year anniversary to Welink APAC! Supporting the women in our region is a true privilege and the team here at Bouygues Construction Australia looks forward to many more enriching years ahead. 🎉
It has already been 2 years since Welink, the network for women in Construction, was launched in the Asia Pacific region. I can't believe how quickly it has grown and how it has strengthened the network among women in every country of the region. To celebrate this anniversary, Welink held a workshop on "the ability to act". We have all experienced situations where we felt stuck. Being aware of our ability to take action gives us confidence, helps us better manage our stress and emotions, empowers us to take more initiatives, and enhances our creativity. A special thanks to the warm and dynamic audience that attended the workshop. We are grateful to Humans Matter for providing such interesting content. Marine Veillon & Mariya Neklyudova Lastly, a big thank you to the Board members for their hard work in keeping this network alive. We can't wait to learn more about your local event to physically celebrate the anniversary. Climate change is complex, serious, and often misunderstood. Yet it is only through sufficient understanding and awareness that individuals can be empowered to act as agents of change against the causes and impacts of our changing climate. We recognise that there is still education work required within our industry. As a business, we know that we have a responsibility for the impacts of our operations and that we have to empower our staff to advocate sustainable practices both at home and at work. Through Bouygues' bespoke Climate Fresk training, we equip our team with the knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes they need to join the fight against climate change through training. Climate Fresk explores the fundamental and undeniable science behind climate change in an interactive three-hour session. Drawing on the facts and reports which inform global political and economic decision-making, Climate Fresk breaks down the complex nature of climate change into a digestible, accessible format. Over 10,000 employees of Bouygues have already taken part to this workshop, on job sites as well as in the head offices. At our training in head office last week, our participants walk away with an increased understanding of the foundations of the crisis and a renewed commitment to play their part in battling it. #ClimateChange #ClimateFresk #Sustainability #SustainableConstruction
