1st - the app does not display your current balance anywhere on the app unless you will try to ride. You won’t get to see that your credit is below their riding fee until you tried renting one only to find out you need to tap up.
2nd - during night time, most of their rides can’t be scan. Does not display accurate issue. Either not on the perimeter which is very inaccurate since you are infront of the ride and also another error is this ride can’t be used.

Been enjoying moovr for quite some time now.

Pros:
It’s great for short travels within BGC. Beats traffic during rush hours.
Fun way to travel. Get to enjoy the view and the area’s murals.

Cons:
No helmet.
Pricey, compared to other available transportation means. (We may consider adding a per-distance option for those travelers who’ll not spend the most of their 20-minute rental and simply wanted to microtravel.

Encountered an error where the device was unable to end the ride incurring further fees and dragged the account’s credits on the negative. (Email support was able to fix the issue and provided complimentary credits).

Instagram’s Social Media Manager was unresponsive despite being active and seeing the already-sent messages. (An acknowledgment of the issue could’ve been reassuring, nonetheless, been left on the empty waiting). *This was during the time I encountered an error with the device*

Also, had an encounter with a faulty device with little to no breaks. Had to control my speed and use my foot to manually halt the scooter.

Lastly, consider providing additional scooters in Market! Market! (And/or add more moovr parking)

2 main issues with this scammy company.
1) it’s suppose to be 20 pesos for 15 minutes or fraction there of. But they charged me 40 pesos for 16 minutes. When it should have been about 22 pesos. That irritated me.
2) you have to preload the service and the minimum is 150. So if you go 5 pesos over you balance when riding you’ll have to pay to top up 150.
In every other country this type of service simply bills your credit card the exact amount at the end of the ride.
I think the manager of this service needs to be fired as he is clearly one of those short term thinkers thinking he’s being smart with all these money grab tricks when in reality he’s just killing the user experience. Has a lot of potential but needs a lot of improvement in the payment area.
