Description
Access and organise your files no matter where they’re located — on your device, in the cloud, on an external drive or file server— with Files. The Recents view displays the files you’ve been working on lately in high-resolution thumbnails. Use the powerful Browse view to navigate folders, organise your files with tags, move files between folders and search. Files also makes it easy to access iCloud Drive and third-party cloud storage services such as Dropbox, Box and OneDrive.

Ratings and Reviews
Bloated hidden files issues
Pretty average but useable files app. Unfortunately, it has a tendency that when you “delete” files it doesn’t actually delete it even if you delete it from the recently deleted folder and make it empty. The file size keeps bloating which means it’s being hidden somewhere not visible. Also seems to happen while moving files / file deletion with an external SD. Not sure why they still haven’t fixed it. Temporary solution is to simply delete the app or use another “files” app that can access the folders within the ipad. Hope this helps
Not leftie friendly
When you open a pdf file through the File Manager, the pages of the file appear on the left side of the screen. I understand that the design is supposed to help us go to a particular page without the need to scroll through all the file’s pages. However, everytime I write using an Apple pencil, my palm keeps on accidentally going through another page. I hope an option to move the pages pane will be available soon. (Or is it already available and i just don’t know how to make the change? LOL).
3rd Party cloud svc provider integration
I hope you can integrate third party cloud service as connections without the need to download their dedicated app. Like G-drive, One drive, DBox, etc. Just like the broader connections you can integrate with documents app by readdle. Lastly, is the functionality to back up IOS and IpadOS in a flash drive via this file manager app. Thank you.
