“BrainWorkout7”
BrainWorkout7 is an iOS app that contains 7 brain training mini games.
The nback task is a method of measuring temporary memory ability (working memory ability) introduced by Kirchner in 1958.
This is done in the form of answering the Nth previous question, and the temporary memory ability is evaluated based on the number of consecutive correct answers and the value of N.
If it is 1 ‘back, the result of the first question is memorized and the process of the second question is performed. After processing the second question, answer the result of the first question. The temporary memory ability is measured in such a procedure.
After processing the third question, answer the result of the second question.
The nBack task was found to have the effect of not only measurement but also improving temporary memory ability itself, and is now being treated as one of brain training.
Training temporary memory skills in the nBack task not only improves computational skills and long-language reading comprehension, but also has a positive effect on various other cognitive functions.
The white shell swaps back and forth and left and right. This is a brain training that tracks the shell that contains the red ball.
It is a brain workout that searches for missing number from consecutive numbers.
In this brain workout, spheres that appear in order are deleted in that order.
You will be presented with a view from the ceiling and a photo taken. Think about which camera position the photo was taken from.
Hop on the sinking floating grass and cross to the opposite shore.
This is a calculation problem that answers which four arithmetic operators (+,-, ×, ÷) match the “?”.
Tap the icon to open each brain workout game.
Each brain workout game block has a level selection button under the icon and brain workout game name.
Use the level selection button to set the level that suits you.
When you touch the level selection button, the choices will be displayed in the pull-down menu. Drag to the level choice you want to switch to and release it to select that level.
There are four choices: 1′, 2′, 3′, and 4′. They correspond to 1’Back, 2’Back, 3’Back, and 4’Back, respectively.
There are five choices: Level1, Level2, Level3, Level4, and Level5. The higher the level, the faster the shell swap speed. At Level4 and Level5, the number of swaps also increases.
There are five choices: 0-6, 0-7, 0-8, 0-9, and 0-10. As the level goes up, the number displayed increases.
There are five choices: 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. It corresponds to the number of spheres displayed.
There are four choices: “Color 8”, “Color 12”, “White 8”, “White 12”. The difference between “Color” and “White” is whether or not the displayed figure is colored. The numbers 8 and 12 indicate the number of cameras.
There are five choices: 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30. It corresponds to the number of hops (the number of floating grasses).
There are three choices: Level1, Level2, and Level3. At Level1, the four arithmetic operators are entered only on the left side, but at Level2, Level3, the four arithmetic operators are entered on both the right and left sides. Level3 has a wider range of questions than Level2.
It is displayed below the level selection button. “sum” is the total value of points for each level. It is displayed as a guide to how much you have worked out at each level of each brain workout.
【 points 】
Points are accounted for as a measure of your workout volume.
Points will only be added if you clear the game. The point of a failed workout is 0.
The value of the points depends on the type of brain workout.
The “top” will only appear under the “sum” in the “N’Back” and “Missing Number” brain workout game blocks.
In “N’Back”, the maximum number of consecutive correct answers is displayed for each level.
In “Missing Number”, the shortest time from the start to the clear is displayed.
Blue circles and gray arcs under “sum” and “top” show today’s workout status.
Blue circles indicate cleared workouts, and light gray arcs indicate failed workouts.
At the bottom of each brain workout game block, points for the selected level are displayed by day.
In the lower right block, the number next to the “Records” button is the total points. The total points are the total for all periods, all games, and all levels.
In the lower right block, the date next to the “Records” button indicates the start date of use. (Actually, the first application startup date is displayed as the start date of use.)
Tap the speaker button in the lower right block to switch the sound effect on / off. It is a switch common to all brain workout games.
The number of tickets is displayed at the bottom of the lower right block. Tap the “+” button to open the ticket acquisition screen, and you can acquire tickets by watching the video ads.
By tapping the “Records” button in the lower right block, you can check the point history so far.

If you longpress the total value of points, the details of points will be displayed for each level.
The explanation uses 1’Back as an example.
Tap the play button to display the first task.

(Clear with N + 5. 6 for 1’Back, 7 for 2’Back, 8 for 3’Back.)
If you answer incorrectly, the play ends.
If it is cleared (the number of correct answers is N + 5 or more), the number of correct answers will be counted as points as it is.
If you do not clear it, points will not be recorded.
