Procedure to obtain PG/UG Transcripts, Degrees, Certificates & Verification

Write an application by email ([email protected]) or post directly to the address given below along with proof of payment of fee, as applicable:

Your application should provide the following facts and include payment of prescribed fee. The USD fee is applicable when the degree/ certificate/ transcript is to be mailed outside India.

Include following information in your mail

  • Entry Number
  • Type of GradeSheet/Transcript (Original/Duplicate/Attested)
  • Number of Copies required
  • Address to which the GradeSheet/Transcript should be sent
  • ear of Convocation/Passing Out

Payment Instructions

  • Go to SBI Collect
  • Choose "National Capital Territory of Delhi" for State.
  • Choose "Education Institutions" for Type
  • Choose "Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi" as Name of Educational Institute.
  • Choose "Student - other payments" for Payment Category.
  • Choose appropriate "Type of payment".
