Residential development Strubenacher Living with 19 terraced single-family homes in Zumikon ZH
On the Strubenacher in Zumikon ZH, Allreal is planning a residential development with a total of 19 terraced single-family houses in accordance with the Minergie-Eco standard on a plot of around 4500 square meters. The planned residential development includes two rows of houses arranged one behind the other; the central space is both a development and a meeting place. The terraced single-family homes are designed and sold as condominiums. To develop the project, the company carried out a study with four architectural firms, from which the project of the working group Mathis Kamplade Architects and Theres Hollenstein Architecture from Zurich emerged as the winner.
Panorama Eggen residential development in Lucerne
Allreal is constructing a five-storey apartment building with 73 owner-occupied flats ranging from 2½ to 5½ rooms on the approximately 8,400 square metre Eggen site in Lucerne's Büttenen district. Construction began in early 2025 and completion is scheduled for autumn 2027.
Own and third-party project: Allreal is realising a seven-floor new build with 63 condominiums (building contractor: Allreal) and 43 rental apartments (building contractor: Leutwyler Dienstleistungen AG) in accordance with the Minergie-Eco standard on Spiserstrasse in Zurich Albisrieden. Building work began in January 2023, with completion scheduled for summer 2025.
Third party project: Allreal has been realising Haus zum Falken, located directly at Stadelhofen station, for AXA Investment Foundation since August 2022. The striking five-storey commercial and office building was designed by renowned architect Santiago Calatrava. Completion is scheduled for October 2025.
Own project: Allreal is realising a four-floor apartment building with 13 condominiums on Avenue du Curé-Baud in Lancy (GE). Building work has started and completion is planned for 2025.
Own project: Allreal is renovating its office building (former DEZA building) built in 1999 at Freiburgstrasse 130 in Bern to keep it in its own portfolio. As the new anchor tenant, BLS will relocate its headquarters to four upper floors of the east and west wings of the building from 2025. The remaining space is currently being marketed. Work began in October 2023 and completion is scheduled for June 2025.
