OPENSTACK_HOST で keystoneのアドレスを編集し、最後のセクションDATABASESを追加する。
起動
ここではhttpd等とは連携させず、直接djangoを起動している。

[root@horizon horizon]# ./manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8000
ブラウザでアクセス。
