Living a culture of #inclusion & #diversity, and giving back to the communities we serve are key elements of GE Vernova's culture that our team is living day in, day out. On the occasion of Global Diversity Month, the team in #Dubai organized an event where the common interest groups created by #GEVernova employees presented the cool stuff they’re doing, and many colleagues were eager to learn how they can be part of it. These groups - which we call Employee Resource Groups - include our #Sustainability Network, GE Vernova Volunteers, HealthAhead employee health group, #Disability Advocacy Network, #Women's Network, and the Leaders of Tomorrow who foster #leadership skills and coordinate several common interest groups on leisure topics. The event clearly demonstrated that caring about others is important for our team members, and can really be fun! #volunteer Michline Issa Pameline Martin Mai Kamel Majlinda BEU SÜREN Sabrina Labarile Lina Abu Rub Boubacar Barry

We are #GEVernovaProud to celebrate the completion of the Phase 1 upgrades to four GE Vernova 9F #GasTurbines at #Iraq’s largest power plant, the 4.5GW Besmaya facility near Baghdad, with Mass Group Holding. 🎉 This Advanced Gas Path enhancement improves output by up to 6% with no increase in fuel use, supporting the Ministry of Electricity’s strategic goals to expand electricity production, while reducing #CarbonIntensity. We also conducted the outage using our innovative Live Outage digital platform for the first time in Iraq, bringing advanced #DigitalSolutions to support the country’s power sector. Our work builds on nearly two decades of cooperation between our two companies to help to modernize Iraq’s #PowerGeneration infrastructure, meet growing demand, and support #EconomicDevelopment. "The massive challenges of #ClimateChange require meaningful and significant change, which can only achieved by working together across the energy value chain, including utilities, oil and gas industry, governments, OEMs, EPCs, supply chain, and industry associations", GE Vernova's Director for International Government Engagement & Sustainability continued. As the co-chair of the AmCham Dubai Sustainability Committee, Sandra was on a panel with the other committee members on "#Innovation for a sustainable future". “Emiratisation should not be isolated; it needs to be an integral part of an organization’s overall HR strategy” – this is one of the clear statements that Marwa Taymour made at the NAFIS UAE Award Forum in #Dubai. Marwa pointed out how Emiratis are being developed at GE Vernova, and how important it is to provide Emiratis with a work environment that fully supports their #career aspirations and growing the right skillsets, all the while taking their rich cultural background and traditions into account. “For example, some Emiratis are very excited to see other places and learn from colleagues in Europe, the U.S. or Asia, and we provide them with opportunities to gain experience at our various sites around the world”, Marwa explained. “Others prefer not to travel much, and #GEVernova is offering them other development opportunities that equally support their career goals, such as bubble assignments in the #UAE, trainings or #mentoring.” Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation Ibrahim Al Sayegh Andrea Hutchinson GE Grid Solutions #hr #humanresources
