The annual award's second edition was launched in November last year and it is organised by Tamkeen in co-operation with its strategic partners and

In its first year, the Awards have been launched with the partnership of Tamkeen, EDB, BDB, and
Knowledge advisors BCCI, UNIDO, EY Bahrain and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
Avaya rolled out the recognition program last year and its awards are based on data from
Knowledge Advisors' MTM (Metrics that Matter) tool and then compared with reports of distributed courseware kits from Avaya's publishing vendor.
