Here are three frequently quick fixes:
1.) Again, please
try another browser, like Mozilla's free Firefox.
2.) Some people have access to more than one Internet
Service Provider (ISP), for example, at work and at home. If
you have more than one ISP account, try your other one.
(Some ISPs require white-listing regardless of browser
because they're havens for spammers and such. This applies
to a LOT of ISPs in Australasia, Middle Europe and South
America.)
3.) Are you using a Google or other gizmo/feature/desktop
search/whatever? Try disabling it and retrying our home page.
