Customers provide data that is necessary to create user accounts.
For creation of user accounts, you provide your name, email address, password, telephone number and correspondence address. You also provide billing details for invoicing purposes.

- Log Data – Our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our applications and services. This data is recorded in log files. Examples of such data include IP Address
- Mobile Application – When you download and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, and operating system version.

We only process Customer Data on behalf of our customers and in accordance with their instructions provided in the applicable Services agreement with us. We use the data that we have about you to provide our services and provide support to you. In each case, VIPL collects such information only in so far as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of the interaction with our services.
- To send emails and other communications. We may send you service, technical and other administrative emails, messages and other types of communications. We may also contact you to inform you about changes in our Services and our Services offerings. These communications are considered part of the Services and you may not opt out of them.
- Customer Support. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we respond to your request or to help your issues.
- For any other purpose as provided for in the Services Agreement between us and the customer, or as otherwise authorized by the customer;

Why do we use customer data?
VIPL would use this information to:
- Respond to Inquiries, Queries, Demo Requests, Customer Service Requests
- Send you an order confirmation
- Send you Marketing Communications like a newsletter, mailers, Communications about updates/enhancement to services
- To personalize your experience by displaying content and providing services based on your interests
- For research and development to troubleshoot and to identify trends, usage, activity patterns and areas for integration and improvement of the Services
- For customer support to resolve technical issues, to respond to requests for assistance, to analyse crash information, and to repair and improve the Services

- VIPL may transfer your information to Partner(s), Affiliate(s), Subordinate(s) and 3rd Party) that help us provide our services; such transfer of information is under the direction and rules of the Non-Disclosure & Service Agreements signed between VIPL & Partner/Affiliate/Sub-ordinate/3rd Party and Clients respectively.

- VIPL website may include links to 3rd Party Websites for the purpose of explaining how these enhance VIPL’s services that are offered to you; VIPL urges to its users to read the Terms & Conditions of usage and Privacy Policy of their Website and Services carefully.
- VIPL does not control or monitor such websites or their web content.

Your data will be shared with other recipients in order to provide you with services.
