T2K Report to J-PARC PAC 2013
This is a comprehensive report on the current status of T2K as well as the future physics potential and sensitivities of T2K submitted to the J-PARC PAC on September 2, 2013. This report was endorsed by the PAC after the September 25-27, 2013 PAC meeting in Tsukuba, Japan. It, especially the revised physics goals, was also accepted by the KEK management communicated by M. Yamauchi, KEK IPNS Director during the T2K collaboration meeting on Oct. 3, 2013.
