Overview
Scriptable monitoring provides a tool that runs monitoring scripts (Python or predicate-like), allowing a definition of monitoring rules for values obtained via topic messages, and also alerts about violated rules to the /diagnostics topic, which can be monitored using rqt plugins like http://wiki.ros.org/rqt_runtime_monitor or http://wiki.ros.org/rqt_robot_monitor.
The scriptable_monitoring stack also contains an rqt plugin for script management.
