Georgia Tech takes pride in providing service to all guests, including those requiring accommodations. For additional questions regarding ADA accommodations at the stadium, please call the Georgia Tech Ticket Office at 1-888-TECH-TIX. Fans requiring special assistance are urged to make ticketing arrangements with the Georgia Tech Ticket Office well in advance of sporting events. Reserved (and general admission) seating for patrons utilizing a wheelchair or scooter or for those with mobility limitations are located throughout the venue.

If your vehicle becomes disabled while parked in a nearby parking lot, Georgia Tech police will assist you in contacting help. Please call GTPD at 404-894-2500 and give your name, location, and make of your vehicle so that the proper help can be dispatched. Georgia Tech is not responsible for any fees or charges that may occur in assisting you with your vehicle.

Baby changing stations are located in all restrooms within the stadium.

Fans can carry the following style and size bag at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

  • Tote bags that are clear, plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12″x12″x6″
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (ziploc bags or similar) and/or
  • Small clutch bags with or without a handle or strap no longer than 4.5″x6.5″ (approx. the size of a hand), can be taken into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options
  • Exceptions will  be made for medical and diaper bags.

Bicycle Valet is not available on football gamedays at this time.

Fans may bring one reasonably sized (up to a half-gallon) water bottle that is clear, plastic and empty inside Bobby Dodd Stadium to utilize complimentary water bottle filling stations, which are located throughout the facility. All other beverage containers, including bottles, cans and thermoses of any kind are prohibited.

On gamedays, the ticket office is open three hours prior to kickoff and closed at halftime. The location of the Ticket Office is near Gate 7 on the corner of Bobby Dodd Way NW and Techwood Drive. For purchases and ticketing questions, please call 888-TECH-TIX.

Handheld digital or film cameras, including Go Pro cameras, are permitted as long as their use does not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Tripods, monopods, “selfie sticks” and cameras with a lens longer than 4″ (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into stadium. Important please note that while digital cameras and related pictures are welcome and permitted (unless otherwise indicated within the stadium), video cameras and video recording of events in any manner, or through the use of any device, is strictly prohibited.

Children two and under get in free as long as they sit in a parent’s lap. Diaper bags accompanying a child are permitted, but are subject to search.

Guests entering Bobby Dodd Stadium must adhere to the Code of Conduct guidelines. Violations of the Code of Conduct include: Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature. Failure to follow the instructions of stadium personnel. Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures. Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects). Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to drug or alchol consumption. Sitting in a location other than your ticketed seat. Use of tobacco products of any form, including E-cigarettes. Verbal or physical harassment of any kind including fighting, taunting or threatening gesures.

Tablets are permitted if they are smaller than 12″x12″x6″ in size and can be powered on during the security screening if requested. Laptop computers are not permitted.

All costumes must be compliant with Bobby Dodd Stadium, Georgia Institute of Technology, and Georgia Tech Athletic Association policies, procedures, and code of conduct. All costumes that do not meet this standard (to be determined by the athletic association & Bobby Dodd Stadium event management/security staff) will not be allowed into Bobby Dodd Stadium.

Any issues that result from and/or related to costumes/student conduct while inside Bobby Dodd stadium will be handled in accordance with standard student conduct protocol. All other issues will be handled in partnership with the Georgia Tech police department.

Please see below for more specific rules on Halloween costumes guidelines:

  • No props will be allowed into Bobby Dodd Stadium.
  • All individuals must wear shoes that are compliant with standard policy.
  • Masks are not allowed to be worn through the gates (all individuals must remove masks prior to entering lines at stadium gates and cannot put them back on until after they have passed through the entire entry process).
  • Costumes that take up more than one standard seat will not be allowed into the stadium.
  • All costumes that include large wigs, coats, compartments, etc. will be subject to search
  • Costumes/parts of costumes that could be considered weapons (helmets, metal spikes, etc.) will not be allowed into the stadium.
  • Costumes may not contain vulgar/offensive language or depict offensive acts/individuals/ideologies.
  • All costumes must be tasteful and comply with standard Georgia Institute of Technology & Bobby Dodd Stadium policies.

Bobby Dodd Stadium is located in the heart of downtown and midtown Atlanta. We highly recommend that you purchase your parking in advance to guarantee your spot, receive the lowest price and reduce hassles on the way to the stadium. Click HERE for directions to Bobby Dodd Stadium.

For guests trying to access the general seating bowl at Bobby Dodd Stadium, there is one elevator accessible from outside the stadium at Gate 6. Also available for guests who enter the stadium via one of our general gates, most aptly Gate 1 & Gate 4, there are elevators at Section 105 and 108. There are other elevators on the interior of the stadium that are accessible via specialty/premium areas, including Gate 6A, inside the Club Lounge, inside the Wardlaw Center, and inside the Success Center. Fans are encouraged to use stairs and ramps whenever possible.

There are no escalators available inside Bobby Dodd Stadium.

Should you need immediate assistance, guests are encouraged to report issues and concerns to the nearest event staff member, or use our Guest Text Messaging Service by texting “BUZZ” to 78247.

Main Public Gates Include: Gate 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10. Premium Suite Gates Include: Wardlaw Center, Gate 9A, President’s Suite Entrance.

All fans will be advised to exit using the nearest gate.

Guests are reminded that attempting to enter or access the playing field without the proper credentials will be considered trespassing and is grounds for immediate ejection and arrest.

There are three First-Aid room locations at the stadium: 100 Concourse – Section 129, 100 Concourse – Section 112, 200 Concourse – Section 210. Guests that require medical assistance are encouraged to contact a nearby event staff or security staff member. Guests needing assistance may also use our Guest Text Messaging Service by texting “BUZZ” to 78247.

Food and beverage items are not allowed to be brought into the stadium. We ask that fans either leave any food or beverage items inside their vehicle or dispose them at the security checkpoint before entering the stadium. The only exceptions are for parents with small children may bring plastic bottles of formula or milk inside of the stadium and approved medically necessary snacks.

Please be advised that Sections within the seating bowl that are closest to the field have a higher risk of balls entering the seating area. Balls that enter the Seating Bowl during pre-game, warmup periods and regular game play must be returned to the field.

Gates will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff for all football games.

There are Guest Service Centers located inside Gate 4 and Gate 10. Guest Service Centers assist guests with lost and found items, lost children, guest feedback, stadium directions, and general information. For in-game contact information for Guest Services-related items, please text “BUZZ” to 78247. To follow up post-game with any questions, comments, or concerns, please send us an email to [email protected].

Fans are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest security guard or Georgia Tech employee. Fans wishing to report inappropriate or suspicious behavior may also do so by text message on your mobile device. Text the word “BUZZ” to 78247.

Guests looking to claim or report lost items should do so at the nearest Guest Service Centers located inside Gate 4 and Gate 10. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should send an email to [email protected]. Georgia Tech is cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

A lost person should be brought to the nearest Guest Service Center inside Gate 4 or Gate 10. You may also notify the nearest police officer or security personnel ot further assist you.

Bobby Dodd Stadium is easily accessible on MARTA, Atlanta’s rapid transit system. From the North-South line, exit at the North Avenue station and walk three blocks west on North Avenue to reach Bobby Dodd Stadium.

The dedicated media entrance is located at Gate 6 on the north side of the stadium.

Merchandise/retail locations can be found on the West Terrace (west side of stadium), North Concourse (114), and Techwood Market (east side of stadium).

Mobile tickets are required for entry into Bobby Dodd Stadium. For more information, view the Mobile FAQ.

Musical instruments or any types of noise making devices are not permitted inside Bobby Dodd Stadium. This includes, but is not limited to, items like air horns, cowbells and whistles.

Stand-alone nursing lounges are not available inside Bobby Dodd Stadium, but Family Restrooms are available at Section 108 and 210. If you have a special request related to nursing on game day, please text “BUZZ” to 78247.

The 3rd Street Tunnel is open on football gamedays for pedestrians to use.

  • Bags that are not compliant with Clear Bag Policy (see below for prohibited bags)
  • Horns or other noisemakers (bells, whistles, etc.)
  • Laser pointers
  • Video cameras
  • Selfie sticks
  • Cameras with lenses longer than 4″
  • Sticks or flag poles
  • Flags or banners larger than 3′ x 5′
  • Pets/Therapy animals
  • Weapons, including those carried with a permit
  • Fireworks or other explosives
  • Illegal drugs
  • Strollers
  • Personal transportation devices (skateboards, hover boards, scooters, etc.)
  • Inflated balls of any type
  • Stadium seats (chair-backs/seat-backs/seat cushions) WITH arms, pockets, compartments, and/or covers
  • Umbrellas (umbrellas are permitted inside McCamish Pavilion)
  • Electric/battery-powered blankets
  • Personal heaters
  • Any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by security or game management

  • Medical Assistance Devices
  • Breast Pumps & Supplies
  • Baby food (with child in arms)
  • Bags that are compliant with Clear Bag Policy (see above)

Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate by respective gate supervisor.

To ensure all guests can enjoy the event, personal radios/smart phones must be used with headphones inside Bobby Dodd Stadium.

In accordance with Georgia Tech security procedures, guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket.

Please place all plastic bottles in labled recycling containers around the stadium.

Restrooms are located throughout Bobby Dodd Stadium. All restrooms are ADA accessible and equipped with a baby-changing table. Please ask any staff member for directions to the closest restroom. Family restrooms are located at Section 108, 210, and CL3.

All ride share traffic will pickup and drop off at The Varsity parking lot on North Avenue. Bobby Dodd Stadium is located two blocks west of this location.

The unlawful resale of any event ticket on Bobby Dodd Stadium grounds, and/or event parking lots is strictly PROHIBITED and may result in the loss of ticket privileges and/or prosecution to the full extent of the law.

All guests will be subject to security screening prior to entry inside Bobby Dodd Stadium along with inspection of all approved clear bags and carry-in items. Security staff will utilize contactless metal detectors to screen all guests at security checkpoints. Prior to the screening, guests will be asked to remove all metal from their pockets and person and place the items in a container for inspection.  If a guest does not feel comfortable with the metal detector screening due to medical reasons, a physical pat-down will be conducted instead. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Guests electing not to consent to the metal detector screening or physical pat-down along with a bag search will be denied entry.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the stadium (this includes all smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaporizers). Violaters of this policy may be ejected from the stadium.

Any unauthorized solicitation or commercial promotion on stadium grounds (including parking lots) is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of promotional materials, citation, ejection or arrest.

Strollers are not permitted inside Bobby Dodd Stadium.

There are 75 total suites at Bobby Dodd Stadium. The different types of Suites are: West Suites 1-31, North Suites 33-42, East Suites 49-63, and South Suites 1-12.

Sunscreen lotion is allowed inside Bobby Dodd Stadium, however aerosol spray cans are not allowed.

Guests are asked to enjoy the game from the comfort of the seat that is indicated on their ticket. Please keep in mind that when you stand, you block the view of other guests behind you. It is not the intent to limit guest’s enjoyment of the game and cheering after great plays, but continuous standing in seating areas may negatively impact others enjoyment of the event.

Guests that purchase tickets from someone other than Georgia Tech, do so at their own risk as those tickets may be counterfeit. Georgia Tech is not responsible for and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through a secondary ticket provider.

All forms of tobacco are prohibited, including smokeless tobacco and e-cigarettes.

Access to areas of Bobby Dodd Stadium identified as a restricted area by signage, video or audio message, barriers and fences, or by the presence of security personnel shall be denied to unauthorized guests. Unauthorized persons entering these areas shall be warned and asked to leave the area. Failure to comply shall subject the person to ejection and possible arrest.

Guests are not permitted to bring firearms or any other weapons inside Bobby Dodd Stadium including off-duty law enforcement officials attending the event.

Complimentary wheelchair services can be requested during any major event by visiting the closest Guest Service location. Guest Service locations can be found insdie Gate 4 and Gate 10. Please note that guests will have access to complimentary wheelchair use, but stadium staff are not permitted to push fans. Stadium staff will escort the guests using the wheelchair and return it to the Guest Services location. Wheelchair service is only available in person at the various Guest Services locations. Wheelchairs are not permitted to leave the stadium

Will Call is located at the Ticket Office on Bobby Dodd Way NW. Visiting Team Will Call is located at Gate 8 on North Avenue.
