I called after the cutoff time for shipping out that day. I was purchasing a watch for my son wanted to give to his girlfriend when she visited him at the Governors Scholar Program in KY. I asked if there was anyway they could ship the order that day to ensure that we would receive it before the visit. The customer service rep. (I am sorry I can't remember his name, Jacob??) said he would see what he could do. The watch arrived in three days. as so proud to have the watch for her visit. The watch was beautiful, best price on the net and the customer service exemplary. Thank you theshop. I would not hesitate to purchase from you again.
