Courtroom 330 - Manitoba Court of Appeal
The Court of Appeal is the highest court in the Province of Manitoba. The Chief Justice of Manitoba heads the Court. The judges are federally appointed pursuant to the Judges Act. The Court normally sits in panels of three judges, but will occasionally sit with a panel fo five judges on matters of great importance. read more
