This MLST scheme was developed by Nicola Jones (Nuffield Department of Clinical Laboratory Services, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, UK) in the laboratory of Brian Spratt together with Derrick Crook (Nuffield Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, UK) and Man-Suen Chan. It is described in Jones et al. 2003 J Clin Microbiol 41:2530-6.

Typing
