The Ottawa branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA Ottawa) is dedicated to promoting good mental health, developing and implementing sustainable support systems and services, and encouraging public action to strengthen community mental health services and related policies and legislation.

CMHA Ottawa does not offer crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health, addictions or substance use medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department. If you’re experiencing a non-emergency crisis or distress in the Ottawa area, or you are looking for access to mental health care, check out these listings.
