After 25 years of owning what has become a Sacramento institution, the Harvego Family has found the perfect fit to continue the storied history of The Firehouse Restaurant.

 

We have reached an agreement to sell The Firehouse to a leadership group led by Arne Hyson, a longtime guest of the restaurant, who will bring his business, operational savvy, fresh perspective and approach to fine dining and events hosted at The Firehouse. Mario Ortiz, who has been with the business for decades, will continue as a special member of The Firehouse Family, playing a key role as part of the new ownership group.

 

The highest quality levels of cuisine and service will continue through this transition, to ensure our guests have the experience they have come to expect and enjoy at The Firehouse over the past 60 years.
