Tom Howe (Ted LassoEarly Man, Daisy Jones & the Six, Book Club: The New Chapter, A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon, Professor Marston and the Wonder Women) has composed the original score for the upcoming comedy Summer Camp. The film is written and directed by Castille Landon (After We Fell, Perfect Addiction) and stars Diane Keaton, Kathy Bates, Alfre Woodard, Eugene Levy, Dennis Haysbert, Josh Peck, Betsy Sodaro, Nicole Richie and Beverly D’Angelo. The movie tells the story of three women who have been best friends since being inseparable at summer camp, but have been seeing each other less and less over the years, when they get a chance to reunite for a summer camp reunion. Keaton is also producing the project with Alex Saks (No Hard Feelings, The Florida Project), Tyler W. Konney (May December), Dori A. Rath (Pig, Sometimes I Think About Dying) and Stephanie Heaton-Harris. Summer Camp will be released in theaters nationwide on May 31, 2024 by Roadside Attractions.

Howe’s other recent projects include the Paramount+ event series Knuckles, which just premiered last week, as well as the first episode of the National Geographic documentary series Secrets of the Octopus, which also premiered earlier this month. The composer is also expected to return to score the second season of Apple TV+’s Shrinking.
