At present, Fastenex represents five companies: Estampaciones Laga, Tornillería Segur, Industrias Urcelay, New Fepa and Industrial Rosmil.

Fastenex operates in the fastening and screw sector, offering products such as washers, rings, screws, bolts, machined parts, nuts, and other types. Most of the products are special parts, but we also have a wide range of standard pieces.

Two people work in the Fastenex office. All commercial activities are carried out by Fastenex in close collaboration with the four partners. Customer contact is managed via email, phone, and in person, always through Fastenex.

The goods are always shipped by the partners. They organize and send the products with their delivery note from their facilities. Fastenex does not ship goods directly.

The invoices, like the goods and delivery notes, always come directly from the factories.

Foreign customers (from the export market) always contact Fastenex. If a customer contacts a partner directly, the partner forwards the inquiry to Fastenex for registration and, later, provides a response to the customer. So, while it is possible to contact the partners directly, the responses are always provided through Fastenex.

For domestic customers, we recommend contacting the factories directly. Fastenex does not handle the domestic market.

The two people working at Fastenex speak five languages: English, French, German, Dutch and Spanish.
