Microarray analysis in PBMCs from metastatic patients with GI cancer and age-matched healthy donors. Microarray analysis was performed on RNA isolated from PBMCs of patients with advanced GI cancer (n=4) and age-matched healthy donors (n=5). A: Total number of significantly affected genes (p < 0.05 and fold change > |1.5|). B: Ingenuity pathway analysis of the 157 significantly affected genes. Pathways are listed in the left column and p-value (Fisher's exact test) is listed in the right column.
