At the summit, Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed forming an internal organization for bolstering practical cooperation between SCO countries on matters of national security and the economy. That same day, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un boarded a train headed for Beijing, where he’ll be attending China’s Victory Day parade on Wednesday.
