Description
Español: En Julio del 2004 me comuniqué con Mario Mástice, el diseñador que ganó el concurso de diseño de la bandera y le solicité el diseño original de la Bandera del Neuquen para digitalizarlo y poder fabricar banderas que reproduzcan fielmente el diseño y los colores originales. Me envió el boceto que tenía en su poder porque la Legislatura Provincial extravió el diseño original entregado por Mario en el concurso. Lo digitalicé, se lo envié para aprobar, le pusimos los colores Pantone, fabricamos una bandera y se la envié para que Mario Mástice, el diseñador, la aprobara. Este es el diseño digital y colores aprobados por el.
