New physics with boosted single top production at the LHC and future colliders / Aguilar-Saavedra, J.A. (Madrid, IFT) ; Mangano, M.L. (CERN)
We address the potential of measurements with boosted single-top final states at the high-luminosity LHC (HL-LHC) and possible future hadron colliders: the high-energy LHC (HE-LHC), and the future circular collider (FCC). As new physics examples to assess the potential, we consider the search for $tbW$ anomalous couplings and for a weakly-coupled $W'$ boson. [...]

Two-photon fusion Higgs production in collisions with proton and ion beams at the LHC, HE-LHC, and FCC / D'enterria, David (CERN) ; Martins, Daniel (UFRJ, Rio de Janeiro) ; Rebello Teles, Patricia (Rio de Janeiro State U.)
The production of the Higgs boson in ultraperipheral collisions (UPCs) of proton and nuclear beams at three future colliders — the high-luminosity Large Hadron Collider (HL-LHC), the high-energy LHC (HE-LHC), and the Future Circular Collider (FCC) — is studied. The cross sections for the process AA $\overset{\gamma\gamma}{\rightarrow}$(A)H(A), with the Higgs particle produced via two-photon fusion at midrapidity and the hadron(s) A surviving the interaction, are computed with MADGRAPH 5 extended with the corresponding coherent $\gamma$ fluxes for Pb-Pb, Xe-Xe, Kr-Kr, Ar-Ar, O-O, p-Pb, and p-p collisions over $\sqrt{S}$$_{NN}$ ≈ 3–100 TeV. Prospects for a search of invisible particles produced in association with single-top quarks with the ATLAS detector at the HL-LHC
The expected sensitivity of a search for events with one top quark and large missing transverse momentum is estimated using simulated proton–proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 14 TeV with the ATLAS experiment at the HL-LHC. [...]

HE-LHC optics design options / Keintzel, Jacqueline (CERN ; TU Vienna) ; Crouch, Matthew (CERN) ; Hofer, Michael (CERN ; TU Vienna) ; Risselada, Thys (CERN) ; Tomás, Rogelio (CERN) ; Zimmermann, Frank (CERN) ; van Riesen-Haupt, Léon (Oxford U. ; JAI, UK)
The High Energy Large Hadron Collider (HE-LHC), a possible successor of the High Luminosity Large Hadron Collider (HL-LHC) aims at reaching a centre-of-mass energy of about 27 TeV using basically the same 16 T dipoles as for the hadron-hadron Future Circular Collider FCC-hh. Designing the HE-LHC results in a trade off between energy reach, beam stay clear as well as geometry offset with respect to the LHC. [...]

Higgs Self-Coupling at the HL-LHC and HE-LHC / Adhikary, Amit (Bangalore, Indian Inst. Sci.) ; Banerjee, Shankha (CERN) ; Barman, Rahool Kumar (Oklahoma State U.) ; Bhattacherjee, Biplob (Bangalore, Indian Inst. Sci.) ; Niyogi, Saurabh (Gokhale Coll., Calcutta)
The Higgs boson pair production has been studied in multifarious final states at the HL-LHC and HE-LHC. The optimisation for separating signal from the backgrounds are performed using cut-based and machine learning algorithms like BDT, XGBoost toolkit and DNN. [...]

Nb$_{3}$Sn Accelerator Dipole Magnet Needs for a Future Circular Collider / Tommasini, Davide (CERN)
The Future Circular Collider (FCC), or the High-Energy Large Hadron Collider (HE-LHC), would require bending magnets operating at 16 T. The large quantity of high-performance conductor required for these projects can only be satisfied by using Nb$_{3}$Sn superconductor. [...]

High-Energy Physics Strategies and Future Large-Scale Projects / Zimmermann, F (CERN)

Higgs boson production in photon-photon interactions with proton, light-ion, and heavy-ion beams at current and future colliders / d'Enterria, David (CERN) ; Martins, Daniel E. (UFRJ, Rio de Janeiro) ; Rebello Teles, Patricia (Rio de Janeiro State U.)
The production of the Higgs boson in photon-photon interactions with proton and nucleus beams at three planned or proposed future CERN colliders --- the high-luminosity Large Hadron Collider (HL-LHC), the high-energy LHC (HE-LHC), and the Future Circular Collider (FCC) --- is studied. The cross sections for the process AA$\xrightarrow{\gamma\gamma}$(A)H(A), with the ions A surviving the interaction and the Higgs scalar exclusively produced, are computed with MadGraph 5 modified to include the corresponding elastic $\gamma$ fluxes, for Pb-Pb, Xe-Xe, Kr-Kr, Ar-Ar, O-O, p-Pb, and p-p over the nucleon-nucleon collision energy range $\sqrt{s}\approx 3$--100 TeV.
