The four-body reaction K/sup +/p to K/sup +/ pi /sup -/ Delta /sup ++/ is analysed in a sample of 77300 bubble chamber events of K/sup +/p to K/sup +/ pi /sup -/ pi /sup +/p for beam momenta from 2.5 to 12.6 GeV /c to study the K/sup +/ pi /sup -/ elastic scattering cross section. The relative merits of several analytic continuations to the pion pole are discussed. [...]

In an experiment with the CERN 2 m deuterium bubble chamber, the (K pi pi )/sup +or0/ systems in the effective-mass range below 1.5 GeV are studied for the reactions K/sup +/n to K/sup +/ pi /sup +/ pi /sup - /n, K/sup +/n to K/sup +/ pi /sup -/ pi /sup 0/p, K/sup +/n to K/sup 0 / pi /sup +/ pi /sup -/p, K/sup +/p to K/sup +/ pi /sup +/ pi /sup - /p, at 4.6 GeV/c incident momentum. Cross section values are presented and the general features of these reactions are described. [...]

There is abundant production of K* (892) in reactions (i), (ii) and (iii), of K*/sup 0 /(1420) in reactions (i) and (ii) and of Delta /sup ++/ (1236) in reaction (iii). [...]

A new analysis of K pi scattering as observed in K/sup +/p to K/sup 0/ pi Delta /sup ++/ from 3 to 13 GeV/c / Bingham, H H ; Colton, E ; Drijard, Daniel ; Dunwoodie, W M ; Goldschmidt-Clermont, Yves ; Grard, F ; Herquet, P ; Linglin, D ; Müller, F ; Naisse, J et al.
K pi scattering is studied in 77300 bubble chamber events of K/sup +/p to K/sup +/ pi /sup -/ pi /sup +/p and 18800 events of K/sup +/p to K /sup 0/ pi /sup 0/ pi /sup +/p for beam momenta between 2.5 and 12.7 GeV/c. The onshell moments of the angular distribution and the cross sections for K/sup +/ pi /sup -/ to K/sup +/ pi /sup -/, K/sup +/ pi /sup -/ to K/sup 0/ pi /sup 0/ and K/sup 0/ pi /sup +/ to K/sup 0/ pi /sup +/ are obtained by extrapolation to the pion pole. Properties of the inelastic K/sup +/p reactions between 12 and 17 Ge V/c / Berthon, A ; Bertranet, P ; Burgun, G ; Lesquoy, E ; Montanet, Lucien ; Müller, A ; Paul, E ; Pauli, E ; Saetre, P ; Sendall, D M et al.
The observation of 70000 K/sup 0/p/sup +/ events produced with K/sup + / incident momenta of 1.21, 1.29, 1.38 and 1.69 GeV/c allows a detailed description of the production and decay of the Delta (1236) and K*(892) resonances which dominate the K/sup 0/p pi /sup +/ final state. No striking variations with energy are observed. [...]

Spin-parity structure of the (K pi pi )/sup 0/ system produced in the charge-exchange reaction K/sup -/p to (K/sup 0/ pi /sup +/ pi /sup -/) n at 42 GeV/c / Vergeest, J S M ; Cerrada, M ; Chaloupka, V ; Engelen, J J ; Gavillet, P ; Gay, J B ; Hemingway, R J ; Jongejans, B ; Kittel, E W ; Losty, Michael J et al.
A partial wave analysis of the K/sup 0/ pi /sup +/ pi /sup -/ system produced in the charge exchange reaction K/sup -/p to (K/sup 0/ pi /sup +/ pi /sup -/)n at 4.2 GeV/c has been performed both as a function of K pi pi mass and of t'. The 1/sup +/S wave forms the largest contribution to the K pi pi system and peaks at roughly the same mass as the Q in diffractive K pi pi production. [...]

Partial wave study of pi /sup -/p to K/sup +/K/sup -/ pi /sup 0/ n at 18 GeV/c / Hu, J
We have measured the reaction pi /sup -/p to K/sup +/K/sup -/ pi /sup 0/ n at 18 0 GeV/c. A partial wave analysis of the K/sup +/K/sup -/ pi /sup 0/ system shows evidence for three pseudoscalar resonances, eta (1295), eta (1415), and eta (1485), as well as two axial vectors, f /sub 1/(1285), and f/sub 1/(1420). Simultaneous production of K*0 (892) and Δ++(1236) in the reaction K+p→K+ $\pi^{+} \pi^{-}$ p from 4.3 to 5.0 GeV/c / Dehm, G (Max-Planck-Institut für Physik und Astrophysik, München) ; Charriere, G (CERN) ; Cornet, P (Mons Univ.) ; Dufour, P (Mons Univ.) ; Dunwoodie, W M (CERN) ; Fu, C (Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, University of California, Berkeley) ; Goldschmidt-Clermont, Yves (CERN) ; Grant, A (CERN) ; De Jongh, G (Institute for High Energies, ULB-VUB, Brussels) ; Tavernier, Stefaan (Institute for High Energies, ULB-VUB, Brussels) et al.
The reaction K/sup +/d to K* degrees (892) Delta /sup ++/(1236)n/sub s / from a K/sup +/ d experiment with the CERN 2 m bubble chamber at 4.6 GeV/c is compared with the reaction K/sup +/p to K* degrees (892) Delta /sup ++/(1236) from a K/sup +/p experiment at the same energy. In addition, predictions of an absorption model, a Regge pole model and a quark model for the production and decay characteristics of the reaction K/sup +/p to K* degrees (892) Delta /sup ++/(1236) are tested with the combined statistic of the K/sup +/d experiment and three K /sup +/p experiments between 4.3 and 5.0 GeV/c..

The angular distribution for the two annihilation channels pp to pi /sup +/ pi /sup -/ and pp to K/sup +/K/sup -/ have been measured at 6.2 GeV/c. The two-pion channel shows peripheral peaks for pi /sup +/ and pi /sup -/ going forward, and the two-kaon channel shows a peripheral peak for the K/sup -/ going forward. [...]
