Resonance production in two-photon collisions at LEP with the L3 detector / Kienzle-Focacci, M N (Dept de Phys Nucl et Corpusculaire)
A spin-parity-helicity analysis shows the dominance of the gamma to rho /sup 0/ rho /sup 0/ state at threshold, in the wave (J/sup P/, J /sub z/) = (2/sup +/, +or-2) and a significant signal in the 0/sup +/ wave. The negative parity states and the (2/sup +/,0) wave are negligible. [...]

$\pi$ exchange, $\delta$ production and meson-meson scattering / Irving, A C (CERN)
A method of extracting amplitude components from charge exchange processes of the form 0/sup -/N to 0/sup -/0/sup -/ Delta or 0/sup -/N to 1/sup -/ Delta by using the full decay distributions is proposed. Evidence for Regge shrinkage in $\pi$ exchange / Estabrooks, P G ; Martin, A D
The authors review the possible ways of determining the Regge behaviour of pi exchange from the data and conclude that the most reliable way is to study rho /sup H//sub 00/d sigma /dt for pi /sup - /p to rho degrees n.
