The ATLAS Event Picking Service and its evolution / ATLAS Collaboration
The EventIndex is the complete catalogue of all ATLAS real and simulated events, keeping the references to all permanent files that contain a given event in any processing stage; its implementation has been substantially revised in advance of LHC Run 3 to be able to scale to the higher production rates. The ATLAS EventIndex is a global catalogue of the events collected, processed or generated by the ATLAS experiment. The system was upgraded in advance of LHC Run 3, with a migration of the Run 1 and Run 2 data from HDFS MapFiles to HBase tables with a Phoenix interface. [...]

Deployment and Operation of the ATLAS EventIndex for LHC Run 3 / ATLAS Collaboration
The ATLAS EventIndex is the global catalogue of all ATLAS real and simulated events. During the LHC long shutdown between Run 2 (2015-2018) and Run 3 (2022-2025) all its components were substantially revised and a new system was deployed for the start of Run 3 in Spring 2022. [...]

The ATLAS EventIndex: a BigData catalogue for all ATLAS experiment events / Barberis, Dario (Genoa U. ; INFN, Genoa ; LBL, Berkeley) ; Aleksandrov, Igor (Dubna, JINR) ; Alexandrov, Evgeny (Dubna, JINR) ; Baranowski, Zbigniew (CERN) ; Canali, Luca (CERN) ; Cherepanova, Elizaveta (Nikhef, Amsterdam) ; Dimitrov, Gancho (CERN) ; Favareto, Andrea (Genoa U. ; INFN, Genoa ; LBL, Berkeley) ; Casani, Alvaro Fernandez (Valencia U., IFIC) ; Gallas, Elizabeth J. (Oxford U.) et al.
The ATLAS EventIndex system comprises the catalogue of all events collected, processed or generated by the ATLAS experiment at the CERN LHC accelerator, and all associated software tools to collect, store and query this information. ATLAS records several billion particle interactions every year of operation, processes them for analysis and generates even larger simulated data samples; a global catalogue is needed to keep track of the location of each event record and be able to search and retrieve specific events for in-depth investigations. Study of $B_c^+\to J/\psi D_s^+$ and $B_c^+\to J/\psi D_s^{*+}$ decays in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A study of $B_c^+\to J/\psi D_s^+$ and $B_c^+\to J/\psi D_s^{*+}$ decays using 139 fb$^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity collected with the ATLAS detector from $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV $pp$ collisions at the LHC is presented. The ratios of the branching fractions of the two decays to the branching fraction of the $B_c^+\to J/\psi \pi^+$ decay are measured: $\mathcal B(B_c^+\to J/\psi D_s^+)/\mathcal B(B_c^+\to J/\psi \pi^+) = 2.76\pm 0.47$ and $\mathcal B(B_c^+\to J/\psi D_s^{*+})/\mathcal B(B_c^+\to J/\psi \pi^+) = 5.33\pm 0.96$. Search for neutral long-lived particles in $pp$ collisions at $ \sqrt{s} $ = 13 TeV that decay into displaced hadronic jets in the ATLAS calorimeter / ATLAS Collaboration
A search for decays of pair-produced neutral long-lived particles (LLPs) is presented using 139 fb$^{-1}$ of proton-proton collision data collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC in 2015-2018 at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. Dedicated techniques were developed for the reconstruction of displaced jets produced by LLPs decaying hadronically in the ATLAS hadronic calorimeter. [...]

Search for events with a pair of displaced vertices from long-lived neutral particles decaying into hadronic jets in the ATLAS muon spectrometer in pp collisions at $\sqrt s$=13  TeV / ATLAS Collaboration
A search for events with two displaced vertices from long-lived particles (LLP) pairs using data collected by the ATLAS detector at the LHC is presented. This analysis uses 139 fb$^{-1}$ of proton-proton collision data at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV recorded in 2015 - 2018. [...]

Measurements of jet observables sensitive to $b$-quark fragmentation in $t\bar{t}$ events at the LHC with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
Several observables sensitive to the fragmentation of $b$-quarks into $b$-hadrons are measured using 36 fb${}^{-1}$ of $\sqrt s = 13$ TeV proton--proton collision data collected with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. Jets containing $b$-hadrons are obtained from a sample of dileptonic $t\bar{t}$ events, and the associated set of charged-particle tracks is separated into those from the primary $pp$ interaction vertex and those from the displaced $b$-decay secondary vertex. [...]
