Parameterisation of radiation effects on CVD diamond for proton irradiation / Hartjes, F (Nikhef, Amsterdam) ; Adam, W (OAW, Vienna) ; Bauer, C (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) ; Berdermann, E (Darmstadt, GSI) ; Bergonzo, P (Saclay) ; Bogani, F (Florence U., LENS) ; Borchi, E (U. Florence (main)) ; Brambilla, A (Saclay) ; Bruzzi, M (U. Florence (main)) ; Colledani, C (Louis Pasteur U., Strasbourg I) et al. /RD42
The paper reviews measurements of the radiation hardness of CVD diamond for 24 GeV/c proton irradiation at fluences up to $5 \times 10^{15}$ protons/cm$^2$ . The results not only show radiation damage but also an annealing effect that is dominant at levels around %10^{15}$ protons/cm$^2$ . [...]

Instrumentation for Gate Current Noise Measurements on sub-100 nm MOS Transistors / Gaioni, L (Pavia U., Sci. Terra Dept. ; INFN, Pavia) ; Manghisoni, M (Bergamo U. ; INFN, Pavia) ; Ratti, L (Pavia U., Sci. Terra Dept. ; INFN, Pavia) ; Re, V (Bergamo U. ; INFN, Pavia) ; Speziali, V (Pavia U., Sci. Terra Dept. ; INFN, Pavia) ; Traversi, G (Bergamo U. ; INFN, Pavia)
This work describes a measuring system that was developed to characterize the gate current noise performances of CMOS devices with minimum feature size in the 100 nm span. These devices play an essential role in the design of present daymixedsignal integrated circuits, because of the advantages associated with the scaling process. [...]

MAPS in 130 nm triple well CMOS technology for HEP applications / Pozzati, E (Univ. Pavia ; INFN Pavia) ; Manghisoni, M (Univ. Bergamo, Dalmine ; INFN Pavia) ; Ratti, L (Univ. Pavia ; INFN Pavia) ; Re, V (Univ. Bergamo, Dalmine ; INFN Pavia) ; Speziali, V (Univ. Pavia ; INFN Pavia) ; Traversi, G (Univ. Bergamo, Dalmine ; INFN Pavia)
Deep N-well CMOS monolithic active pixel sensors (DNWMAPS) represent an alternative approach to signal processing in pixellated detectors for high energy physics experiments. Based on different resolution constraints, two prototype MAPS, suitable for applications requiring different detector pitch, have been developed and fabricated in 130 nm triple well CMOS technology. Book cover SuperB : A High-Luminosity Asymmetric $e^+ e^-$ Super Flavour Factory : Conceptual Design Report / Bona, M.
The physics objectives of SuperB, an asymmetric electron-positron collider with a luminosity above 10^36/cm^2/s are described, together with the conceptual design of a novel low emittance design that achieves this performance with wallplug power comparable to that of the current B Factories, and an [...]

Low-noise design issues for analog front-end electronics in 130 nm and 90 nm CMOS technologies / Manghisoni, M ; Ratti, L ; Re, V ; Speziali, V ; Traversi, G
Deep sub-micron CMOS technologies provide wellestablished solutions to the implementation of low-noise front-end electronics in various detector applications. The IC designers’ effort is presently shifting to 130 nm CMOS technologies, or even to the next technology node, to implement readout integrated circuits for silicon strip and pixel detectors, in view of future HEP applications.
