From symmetries to gravitational waves: a self-consistent calculation / Balazs, Csaba (speaker) (Monash University)
Predicting the gravitational wave spectrum from symmetry breaking in the early universe during first-order phase transitions is key to understanding these symmetries. In this talk I present our recent advancements in developing a self-consistent framework for predicting such gravitational wave spectra. [...]

A Linear Collider Vision for the Future of Particle Physics / Linear Collider Vision Collaboration
In this paper we review the physics opportunities at linear $e^+e^-$ colliders with a special focus on high centre-of-mass energies and beam polarisation, take a fresh look at the various accelerator technologies available or under development and, for the first time, discuss how a facility first equipped with a technology mature today could be upgraded with technologies of tomorrow to reach much higher energies and/or luminosities. CEPC Technical Design Report: Accelerator / CEPC Study Group Collaboration
The Circular Electron Positron Collider (CEPC) is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China, fostered through extensive collaboration with international partners. The complex comprises four accelerators: a 30 GeV Linac, a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring, a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV, and a Collider operating at varying energy modes (Z, W, H, and ttbar). [...]

Collider constraints on electroweakinos in the presence of a light gravitino / GAMBIT Collaboration
Using the GAMBIT global fitting framework, we constrain the MSSM with an eV-scale gravitino as the lightest supersymmetric particle, and the six electroweakinos (neutralinos and charginos) as the only other light new states. We combine 15 ATLAS and 12 CMS searches at 13 TeV, along with a large collection of ATLAS and CMS measurements of Standard Model signatures. [...]

Likelihood analysis of the flavour anomalies and $g-2$ in the general two Higgs doublet model / Athron, Peter (Nanjing Normal U. ; Monash U.) ; Balazs, Csaba (Monash U.) ; Gonzalo, Tomás E. (RWTH Aachen U.) ; Jacob, Douglas (Monash U.) ; Mahmoudi, Farvah (IP2I, Lyon ; CERN) ; Sierra, Cristian (Monash U.)
We present a likelihood analysis of the general two Higgs doublet model, using the most important currently measured flavour observables, in view of the anomalies in charged current tree-level and neutral current one-loop rare decays of $B$ mesons in $b\to c l \overline{\nu}$ and $b\to s\mu^{+}\mu^{-}$ transitions, respectively. We corroborate that the model explains the latter and it is able to simultaneously fit the experimental values of the $R(D)$ ratio at $1\sigma$, but it can not accommodate the $R(D^{*})$ and $F_{L}(D^{*})$ observables. Thermal WIMPs and the Scale of New Physics: Global Fits of Dirac Dark Matter Effective Field Theories / GAMBIT Collaboration
We assess the status of a wide class of WIMP dark matter (DM) models in light of the latest experimental results using the global fitting framework $\textsf{GAMBIT}$. We perform a global analysis of effective field theory (EFT) operators describing the interactions between a gauge-singlet Dirac fermion and the Standard Model quarks, the gluons and the photon. Physical theories that depend on many parameters or are tested against data from many different experiments pose unique challenges to statistical inference. Many models in particle physics, astrophysics and cosmology fall into one or both of these categories. [...]
