Design and qualification of the optical fiber system for the CMS RPC Link System / Cabrera Mora, Andres Leonardo (Andes U., Bogota) /CMS Collaboration
A new off-chamber electronics system, called the Link System, for the CMS RPC chambers will be installed during LHC Long Shutdown 3. The new Link System will improve the time resolution to 1.56 ns compared to the current value of 25 ns. [...]

CMS RPC performance and operation in LHC Run 3 / CMS Collaboration
The CMS experiment has collected more than 180 fb$^{-1}$ of proton-proton collision data at a 13.6 TeV center-of-mass energy in Run 3 data taking (2022, 2023 and 2024). The CMS RPC system faces the challenge of the LHC delivered instantaneous luminosity of up to 2 x 10$^{34}$ cm$^{-2}$s$^{-1}$, providing redundant information for robust muon triggering, reconstruction and identification. [...]

Cosmic Ray Background Removal With Deep Neural Networks in SBND / SBND Collaboration
In liquid argon time projection chambers exposed to neutrino beams and running on or near surface levels, cosmic muons and other cosmic particles are incident on the detectors while a single neutrino-induced event is being recorded. In practice, this means that data from surface liquid argon time projection chambers will be dominated by cosmic particles, both as a source of event triggers and as the majority of the particle count in true neutrino-triggered events. [...]

Search for a SUSY signature through vector Boson fusion with one muon, jets and missing transverse energy at center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV in the CMS experiment / Cabrera Mora, Andres Leonardo
We present a search for supersymmetric (SUSY) electroweakino (χ± , χ0 ) production through Vector˜1 ˜2√Boson Fusion (VBF) at s = 13 TeV, carried out on proton-proton collision data corresponding toan integrated luminosity of 35.9 fb−1 collected by the CMS experiment in the 2016 LHC accelera [...]

CMS Resistive Plate Chambers performance at $\sqrt{s}=$13 TeV / Cabrera Mora, Andres Leonardo (Andes U., Bogota) /CMS Collaboration
During 2015, the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN has reached the record-breaking center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV for proton-proton collisions. The LHC restarted operations successfully after a two-year technical stop, known as Long Shutdown 1 (LS1), needed for servicing and consolidating the CERN accelerator complex. [...]

Status and performance of the CMS muon system in Run2 / Cabrera Mora, Andres Leonardo (Andes U., Bogota) /CMS Collaboration
The CMS muon system has played a key role for many physics results obtained from the LHC Run1 and Run2 data. During the Long Shutdown (2013-2014), as well as during the last year-end technical stop (2015-2016), significant consolidation and upgrades have been carried out on the muon detectors and on the Level-1 (L1) muon trigger. The differential production cross section of the $\phi$(1020) meson in $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV pp collisions measured with the ATLAS Detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A measurement is presented of the $\phi ➝ K^+K^−$ production cross section at √s = 7 TeV using pp collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 383 μb$^{−1}$ collected with the ATLAS experiment at the LHC. Selection of $\phi$(1020) mesons is based on the identification of charged kaons by their energy loss in the pixel detector. [...]

Search for resonant diboson production in the $WW/WZ \to l\nu jj$ decay channels with the ATLAS detector at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV / ATLAS Collaboration
A search for resonant diboson production using a data sample corresponding to 4.7 fb$^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity collected by the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV is presented. The search for a narrow resonance in the WW or WZ mass distribution is conducted in a final state with an electron or a muon, missing transverse energy and at least two jets. [...]

Measurement of the inclusive jet cross-section in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$=2.76 TeV and comparison to the inclusive jet cross-section at $\sqrt{s}$=7 TeV using the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
The inclusive jet cross-section has been measured in proton-proton collisions at √s = 2.76 TeV in a dataset corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 0.20 pb−1 collected with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider in 2011. Jets are identified using the anti-kt algorithm with two radius parameters of 0.4 and 0.6. [...]
