Impact of Newly Measured <math display="inline"><mi>β</mi></math>-Delayed Neutron Emitters around <math display="inline"><mrow><mmultiscripts><mrow><mi>Ni</mi></mrow><mprescripts/><none/><mrow><mn>78</mn></mrow></mmultiscripts></mrow></math> on Light Element Nucleosynthesis in the Neutrino Wind Following a Neutron Star Merger / Tolosa-Delgado, A. (CSIC, Madrid ; CERN ; Jyvaskyla U.) ; Tain, J.L. ; Reichert, M. ; Arcones, A. ; Eichler, M. ; Rasco, B.C. ; Brewer, N.T. ; Rykaczewski, K.P. ; Yokoyama, R. ; Grzywacz, R. et al.
Neutron emission probabilities and half-lives of 37 beta-delayed neutron emitters from 75Ni to 92Br were measured at the RIKEN Nishina Center in Japan, including 11 one-neutron and 13 two-neutron emission probabilities and 6 half-lives measured for the first time, which supersede theoretical estimates. These nuclei lie in the path of the weak r-process occurring in neutrino-driven winds from the accretion disk formed after the merger of two neutron stars, synthesizing elements in the A~80 abundance peak. Shape evolution in even-mass $^{98-104}$Zr isotopes via lifetime measurements using the $\gamma \gamma $-coincidence technique / Pasqualato, G. (IJCLab, Orsay) ; Ansari, S. (IRFU, Saclay) ; Heines, J.S. (Oslo U.) ; Modamio, V. (Oslo U.) ; Görgen, A. (Oslo U.) ; Korten, W. (IRFU, Saclay) ; Ljungvall, J. (IJCLab, Orsay ; Strasbourg, IPHC) ; Clément, E. (GANIL) ; Dudouet, J. (IP2I, Lyon) ; Lemasson, A. (GANIL) et al.
The Zirconium (Z = 40) isotopic chain has attracted interest for more than four decades. The abrupt lowering of the energy of the first $2^+$ state and the increase in the transition strength B(E2; $2_1^\rightarrow 0_1^+$ going from $^{98}$Zr to $^{100}$Zr has been the first example of "quantum phase transition" in nuclear shapes, which has few equivalents in the nuclear chart. Search for quantum black hole production in lepton+jet final states using proton--proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A search for quantum black holes in electron+jet and muon+jet invariant mass spectra is performed with 140 $fb^{-1}$ of data collected by the ATLAS detector in proton--proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 13 TeV at the Large Hadron Collider. The observed invariant mass spectrum of lepton+jet pairs is consistent with Standard Model expectations. [...]

Excited states in the neutron-deficient nucleus $^{87}$Tc have been studied via the fusion-evaporation reaction $^{54}$Fe($^{36}$Ar, 2$n$1p) $^{87}$Tc at 115 MeV beam energy. The AGATA γ -ray spectrometer coupled to the DIAMANT, NEDA, and Neutron Wall detector arrays for light-particle detection was used to measure the prompt coincidence of $\gamma$ rays and light particles. The reduced transition probabilities for the $4^+_1 \to 2^+_1$ and $2^+_1 \to 0^+_1$ transitions in $^{92}$Mo and $^{94}$Ru and for the $4^+_1 \to 2^+_1$ and $6^+_1 \to 4^+_1$ transitions in $^{90}$Zr have been determined in this experiment making use of a multinucleon transfer reaction. These results have been interpreted on the basis of realistic shell-model calculations in the $f_{5/2}, p_{3/2}, p_{1/2},$ and $g_{9/2}$ proton valence space. [...]

Measurement of cross-sections for production of a $Z$ boson in association with a flavor-inclusive or doubly $b$-tagged large-radius jet in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13~$TeV with the ATLAS experiment / ATLAS Collaboration
We present measurements of cross-sections for production of a leptonically decaying $Z$ boson in association with a large-radius jet in 13 TeV proton-proton collisions at the LHC, using $36~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of data from the ATLAS detector. Integrated and differential cross-sections are measured at particle-level in both a flavor-inclusive and a doubly $b$-tagged fiducial phase-space. [...]

Measurements of jet observables sensitive to $b$-quark fragmentation in $t\bar{t}$ events at the LHC with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
Several observables sensitive to the fragmentation of $b$-quarks into $b$-hadrons are measured using 36 fb${}^{-1}$ of $\sqrt s = 13$ TeV proton--proton collision data collected with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. Jets containing $b$-hadrons are obtained from a sample of dileptonic $t\bar{t}$ events, and the associated set of charged-particle tracks is separated into those from the primary $pp$ interaction vertex and those from the displaced $b$-decay secondary vertex. High-spin states of $^{218}$Th / O'Donnell, D (SUPA, UK ; Liverpool U. ; IIT, Roorkee) ; Page, R D (Liverpool U.) ; Grahn, T (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Ali, F A (Liverpool U. ; Sulaimaniya U.) ; Auranen, K (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Capponi, L (SUPA, UK) ; Carroll, R J (Liverpool U.) ; Chishti, M M R (SUPA, UK) ; Drummond, M C (Liverpool U.) ; Greenlees, P T (Jyvaskyla U.) et al.
High-spin states in the $N = 128$ nucleus $^{218}$Th have been investigated following fusion–evaporation reactions, using the recoil-decay tagging technique. Due to the short-lived nature of the ground state of $^{218}$Th prompt $\gamma$ rays have been correlated with the $\alpha$ decay of the daughter nucleus $^{214}$Ra. [...]

Constraints on Higgs boson properties using $WW^{*}(\rightarrow e\nu \mu \nu )jj$ production in $36.1\,\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV pp collisions with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
This article presents the results of two studies of Higgs boson properties using the $WW^*(\rightarrow e\nu\mu\nu)jj$ final state, based on a dataset corresponding to 36.1 fb$^{-1}$ of $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV proton-proton collisions recorded by the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. The first study targets Higgs boson production via gluon-gluon fusion and constrains the CP properties of the effective Higgs-gluon interaction. [...]
